Are You Happy?
How is life working out for you so far? Is it everything you hoped it would be? If not, who or what is responsible for your suffering? The answer is really quite simple and it’s possibly hiding in plain sight.

What Makes you Happy?
Is it being with people that you love? Or being in nature? Perhaps you love walking along the shore of a magnificent beach on a warm day? Love feeling a cool breeze caressing your body, with the view of the turquoise ocean restoring your soul. Maybe you prefer to get lost in a stunning sunrise or sunset? How about happiness coming from good music or an uplifting movie? If any one of these suggestions can cause happiness, then one might assume that happiness comes from outside in.
Is There A Happiness Common Denominator?
Being with those you love, nature, the ocean, the sun rising or setting, good music or movie all have a common denominator. Can you guess what it is? I’ll give you a clue. The common denominator is also in laughter, tears, greetings, shopping, food, water and in you. In fact there is nowhere that it is not. What is it? The answer is Energy.
Eyes cannot see the true essence of who or what you are… which is a swirling, mass of vibrating frequencies, known as Energy. Although we may look like entirely separate beings, at our essence we are all One, and the Same Energy.
Qualities of Energy
- Energy continually flows and forms according to vibrations and frequencies.
- Our Energy shifts constantly based what we think, the colors and textures of the clothes we wear, the sounds we listen to, the food we eat, etc..
- Energy never ages or gets old. It constantly renews, shifts, changes and vibrates at different frequencies.
- Energy takes on shapes and forms according to frequency and density. For instance, hail stones have lower, slower frequencies than rain. Rainbows and clouds vibrate at higher frequencies than hail and rain and yet they are all the exact same energy with individual appearance.

Once it is understood that you are not a solid body, but rather an orchestration of energy, you may recognize that since everything is energy then everything is flexible and subject to change. This means it’s not what happens to you that makes you happy, but how you choose to respond to what happens. Your focus and interpretation of events either adds or detracts to your life.
See the positive. Count your blessings. Ask yourself constructive life-fulfilling questions, such as: ‘What’s good about this? How can I benefit from this? What’s my next best move?

Step Two: Your Right To Choose.
We are like radio receivers, we must choose to tune into a frequency before we can experience it. If not, although happiness (for example) might be in the ether, it simply won’t exist within our awareness. Life experiences depend on the frequencies we choose. What we focus on influences the overall energy of our mind, body, spirit and in fact, our entire existence. How we see things and what we choose to focus on determines our happiness factor. Choosing to be positive and choosing our highest and best thoughts is what makes us happy… or not.
Step Three: Persistence – Don’t you quit!
